At DOXA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all DOXA tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
